First Time Clean

This will be our first cleaning service provided, and I am looking forward to it. Not only will we discuss the best cleaning schedule tailored specifically for your home, but this initial service is also discounted by $50 off the total cost. The reason for this discount is that this service may take longer than usual, as I do not yet have a complete understanding of your floor plan and how long it will take me to clean each area efficiently by the hour. I truly respect your decision to hire me, and I want to offer you this discounted price since we are both new to each other’s business. I appreciate your trust in my services!

Deep Clean

This clean is offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The service includes, but is not limited to, deep kitchen clean (cleaning inside oven, microwave), detailed bathrooms cleaning (scrubbing/disinfecting the shower/tub, detailed toilet cleaning/disinfecting), detailed dusting (cleaning baseboards, window trims), window cleaning (inside and out when applicable), making beds (changing sheets if requested), optional couch vacuuming.

Standard Clean

This clean is offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The services include are sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, light dusting, surface cleaning (kitchen wipe down, stainless steel cleaning), bathroom cleaning/sanitizing, bedroom tidying (making beds).

Move-out Clean

This clean is offered as needed. The services included are as stated in deep clean, very detailed and thorough cleaning of entire home.

Add-ons

  • Floor grout cleaning

  • Inside of fridge

  • Wiping out inside of cabinets

Add-on Carpet Shampooing

This is an additional service available to any clean service. I use high a quality solution that is formulated by Rocco & Roxie and is formulated to combat pet odors. It is not recommended to shampoo carpets more than 1x a month. It will take a few hours for carpet to fully dry out.
